Born with a passion for the world, Miguel
Torres has been capturing its beauty since he was a child. Raised in Portugal,
a country blessed by a magnificent light and plentiful in sunshine his
enthusiasm for photography emerged naturally.
Besides every corner of his native Europe,
his lens has covered over 150 countries providing a vast archive of stock
photography, partly included in Travel-Images.com.
Miguel's portfolio covers architecture, landscape, people, traditions,
food, nature... A tireless traveler, Miguel Torres is at home either in
Pyongyang or Munich. His work is published in books, magazines, newspapers,
web-sites and other media in the 5 continents.
He is responsible for the "Architectural
Photography" course at the Lisbon University Institute (ISCTE-IUL, Department
of Architecture, MSc in Architecture).
